2006 Georgia Code - 21-2-481
21-2-481. Ballots in a precinct using optical scanning
voting equipment shall be of suitable design, size, and stock to
permit processing by a tabulating machine and shall be printed in
black ink on white or colored material. A serially numbered strip
shall be attached to each ballot to be counted by a central count
tabulator.
