2006 Georgia Code - 21-2-292
21-2-292. The superintendent shall have on file in his or
her office open to public inspection, at least five days prior to
the day of holding each primary and election, forms of the ballots,
with the names and such statements and notations printed thereon as
may be required by this chapter. Such forms shall be used in each
precinct within the county or municipality.
