2006 Georgia Code - 21-2-289
21-2-289. As soon as any substitute candidate has been
duly nominated by his or her political party or body pursuant to
Code Section 21-2-134, at any time prior to the day on which the
printing of ballots is started, his or her name shall be
substituted in place of that of the candidate who has died,
withdrawn, or been disqualified.
