2006 Georgia Code - 20-15-13

20-15-13. It is declared by the General Assembly that, in the exercise of the power specifically granted to it by this chapter, the authority is acting pursuant to state policy and shall be immune from antitrust liability to the same degree and extent as enjoyed by this state.
