2006 Georgia Code - 20-12-6

20-12-6. The board of regents is authorized to fix rentals and other charges which the lessees shall pay to the board of regents for the use of each project, to charge and collect them, and to lease and make contracts with lessees with respect to the use of such lessees of any project.
