2006 Georgia Code - 2-8A-2
2-8A-2. The purpose of this chapter is to promote
economic development by encouraging the production of plant or
animal crops in Georgia which have not been produced commercially
to their full potential, to encourage farmers of this state to
shift from enterprises with low-profit margins to those with higher
profit margins, and to make available to consumers emerging crops
grown in Georgia.
