2006 Georgia Code - 2-8-16
2-8-16. The Commissioner is authorized and it shall be
his duty to receive, collect, and disburse the funds of each
commission qualifying and operating under this article. He shall
disburse funds of any entity created under this article only upon
the written authorization of the affected commission.
