2006 Georgia Code - 2-7-93
2-7-93. This article shall be administered by the
Commissioner of Agriculture of this state. In the administration of
this article the Commissioner shall appoint a Pesticide Advisory
Board for the purpose of advising him on all matters relating to
pesticides and their use and application.
