2006 Georgia Code - 2-7-9
2-7-9. The Commissioner may carry on investigations of
methods of control, eradication, and prevention of dissemination of
plant pests and for that purpose may employ the necessary experts
and may rent, lease, or purchase the necessary land, when required
for this purpose.
