2006 Georgia Code - 2-7-60
2-7-60. The Commissioner may issue subpoenas to compel
the attendance of witnesses or the production of books, documents,
and records or any combination thereof in this state, in any
hearing affecting the authority or privilege granted by a license,
registration, or permit issued under this article.
