2006 Georgia Code - 2-7-58
2-7-58. The Commissioner is authorized to deny, suspend,
or revoke any license, registration, or permit provided for in this
article, subject to a hearing and in conformance with Chapter 13 of
Title 50, the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,' in any case
in which he finds that there has been a failure or refusal to
comply with this article or regulations adopted hereunder.
