2006 Georgia Code - 2-7-28
2-7-28. In construing and enforcing this article, the
act, omission, or failure of any official, agent, or other person
acting for or employed by any association, partnership,
corporation, or other principal within the scope of his employment
or office shall in every case be deemed the act, omission, or
failure of such association, partnership, corporation, or other
principal, as well as that of the individual.
