2006 Georgia Code - 2-7-25
2-7-25. It shall be unlawful for any nurseryman, dealer,
or agent to sell, give away, carry, ship, or deliver for carriage
or shipment any nursery stock, except in compliance with this
article and the rules and regulations made pursuant thereto.
