2006 Georgia Code - 2-7-22
2-7-22. For the purpose of defraying the expenses of the
registration of nurserymen, dealers, agents, and plant growers and
the certification and inspection of plants or plant products or
other things, the Commissioner may assess and collect the cost
thereof, any surplus to be paid into the state treasury.
