2006 Georgia Code - 2-7-108
2-7-108. The Commissioner may issue subpoenas to compel
the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, documents,
and records anywhere in this state in any hearing affecting the
authority or privilege granted by a license, certification, or
permit issued under this article.
