2006 Georgia Code - 2-6-4
2-6-4. The Cooperative Extension Service of the
University of Georgia, hereinafter called the Cooperative Extension
Service, is designated and authorized as the agency of this state
to carry out the policy and purposes of this article and to
formulate and administer state plans pursuant to the terms of this
article.
