2006 Georgia Code - 2-20-4
2-20-4. The Commissioner of Agriculture may adopt such
rules and regulations, in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50,
the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,' as are necessary to
carry out the purposes of this chapter and the Southern Dairy
Compact.
