2006 Georgia Code - 2-19-7
2-19-7. Any person who asserts a false claim under the
provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of Code
Section 16-10-20 and, upon conviction, shall be punished as
provided in such Code section. Upon conviction thereof, such person
shall further forfeit any benefit received pursuant to this chapter
and shall reimburse and repay the state for payments received or
paid on his or her behalf pursuant to any of the provisions of this
chapter.
