2006 Georgia Code - 2-14-47
2-14-47. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any
of the provisions of this article or any of the rules or
regulations of the Commissioner adopted in accordance with this
article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall
be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment
for not more than six months in the county jail.
