2006 Georgia Code - 2-11-77

2-11-77. Pursuant to Chapter 13 of Title 50, the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,' the Commissioner shall have authority to promulgate and enforce such rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of this article.
