2006 Georgia Code - 2-10-98
2-10-98. A cooperative association organized under this
article may join with other such associations or with individuals,
firms, partnerships, or other associations or corporations engaged
in the production of agricultural products to form a nonprofit
cooperative association, with or without capital stock, under this
article and may organize, form, operate, own, control, have an
interest in, own stock of, or be a member of any association, with
or without capital stock, or any other corporation engaged in any
activity authorized by this article.
