2006 Georgia Code - 2-10-3
2-10-3. (a) There is created a body corporate and
politic and an instrumentality and public corporation of this
state, to be known as the Georgia Building Authority (Markets). It
shall have perpetual existence. In such name it may contract and be
contracted with, sue and be sued, implead and be impleaded, and
complain and defend in all courts. (b) The authority is assigned to the Department
of Administrative Services for administrative purposes only as
prescribed in Code Section 50-4-3.
