2006 Georgia Code - 2-10-133
2-10-133. The Commissioner shall prescribe and make
available signs showing department approval and membership in the
roadside market incentive program. Such signs shall be issued to
applying markets which comply with the standards established by the
Commissioner and such markets may display such signs as long as
they retain approval as participating markets.
