2006 Georgia Code - 2-10-110
2-10-110. Any corporation or association organized under
any statute of this or any other state, by majority vote of its
stockholders or members, may be brought under this article by
limiting its membership to the classes mentioned in this article,
by adopting the other restrictions provided in this article, and by
filing articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State, if it
has not done so already, and otherwise complying with the general
corporation laws for the incorporation of private companies as set
forth in Title 14. Such corporations shall be entitled to all the
privileges and immunities and shall be subject to all the
restrictions contained in this article.
