2006 Georgia Code - 15-12-22

15-12-22. Jury commissioners, before entering on the discharge of their duties, shall take and subscribe before the judge of the probate court of their respective counties the following oath, which shall be entered on the minutes of the probate court: 'You shall faithfully and impartially discharge the duty of jury commissioners for the County of ______________, in accordance with the Constitution of this state, to the best of your skill and knowledge; and the deliberations and counsel of the jury commissioners, while in the discharge of their duties, you shall forever keep secret and inviolate, unless called upon to give evidence thereof in some court of justice or other legal tribunal of this state. So help you God.'
