2006 Georgia Code - 13-9-1
13-9-1. As used in this chapter, the term:
(1) 'Contract for sale' means sales,
purchases, agreements of sale, agreements to sell, and agreements
to purchase; and (2) 'Person'
means individuals, associations, partnerships, and
corporations.
