2006 Georgia Code - 10-4-9

10-4-9. Any person aggrieved by a final determination or decision of the Commissioner in any matter in which a hearing is required or authorized by this article or the state or federal constitutions is entitled to judicial review thereof in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 50, the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,' for the judicial review of contested cases.
