2006 Georgia Code - 1-2-4
1-2-4. Except in time of war, every citizen of this
state shall have the right of expatriation with a view to becoming
a citizen of another country with which this state is at peace.
Declaration or avowal of the intention to become a citizen of
another country, accompanied by actual removal, shall be held to be
a renunciation of all one´s rights and duties as a
citizen.
