932.66 Suggested forms for transfer.—The petition for transfer, order of transfer, and agreement of bail bond agent to transfer bond shall be substantially as follows:

PETITION FOR TRANSFER TO COURT
PROVIDING TRIAL BY JURY

IN THE   COURT,   FLORIDA
