8.031 — Election of representatives to Congress.
18.031 Election of representatives to Congress.—The districts named in s. 8.0002 constitute and form the congressional districts of the state, and a representative to the Congress shall be selected in and for each of the congressional districts as provided by law.

1Note.—Section 7, ch. 2012-2, provides that [e]xcept as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect upon the expiration of the terms of the representatives to the United States House of Representatives serving on the date that this act becomes a law.
