320.204 Transportation disadvantaged.—Of the funds collected in this chapter which are deposited into the Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund, beginning July 1, 2011, and annually thereafter, the department shall transfer $5 million to the Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund in the Department of Transportation. These funds shall be transferred on a quarterly basis.
