322.065 Driver’s license expired for 4 months or less; penalties.

322.065 Driver’s license expired for 4 months or less; penalties.

Any person whose driver’s license has been expired for 4 months or less and who drives a motor vehicle upon the highways of this state is guilty of an infraction and subject to the penalty provided in s. 318.18.
