Chapter 723 MOBILE HOME PARK LOT TENANCIES
723.0861 Attorney’s fees and costs.
723.0861 Attorney’s fees and costs.
The prevailing party in any action brought to enforce the provisions of 1this section shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
