288.7771 Annual report of Florida Export Finance Corporation.

The corporation shall annually prepare and submit to Enterprise Florida, Inc., for inclusion in its annual report required by s. 288.095 a complete and detailed report setting forth:
(1) The report required in s. 288.776(3).
(2) Its assets and liabilities at the end of its most recent fiscal year.
