17.031 Security of Chief Financial Officer’s office.

The Chief Financial Officer may engage the full-time services of two law enforcement officers, with power of arrest, to prevent all acts of a criminal nature directed at the property in the custody or control of the Chief Financial Officer. While so assigned, such officers shall be under the direction and supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, and their salaries and expenses shall be paid from the general fund of the office of Chief Financial Officer.
