27.5111 Indigent Civil Defense Trust Fund.
27.5111 Indigent Civil Defense Trust Fund.--
(1) The Indigent Civil Defense Trust Fund is created within the Justice Administrative Commission. Moneys credited to the trust fund shall be used for the purpose of funding the activities of the offices of criminal conflict and civil regional counsel as provided in s. 27.511.
(2) In accordance with s. 19(f)(2), Art. III of the State Constitution, the Indigent Civil Defense Trust Fund shall, unless terminated sooner, be terminated on July 1, 2012. Before its scheduled termination, the trust fund shall be reviewed as provided in s. 215.3206(1) and (2).
