709.11   Deployment-contingent power of attorney.

709.11  Deployment-contingent power of attorney.--A deployment-contingent power of attorney, which may be signed in advance and go into effect upon the deployment of the principal, shall be afforded full force and effect by the courts of the State of Florida.
