13.05 Governor's Committee on Interstate Cooperation.
13.05 Governor's Committee on Interstate Cooperation.--
(1) There is established a committee of administrative officials of this state to be officially known as the Governor's Committee on Interstate Cooperation, and to consist of four members. Its members shall be the Governor, Attorney General, Chief Financial Officer, and Commissioner of Agriculture. Any member of the Governor's committee may designate an alternate to serve in the member's place upon any occasion; such alternate shall be an administrative official or employee of the state.
(2) The Governor shall appoint one of the members of this committee as its chair. The incumbency of each member of this committee shall extend until the member's successor is appointed.
