Chapter 470 FUNERAL DIRECTING, EMBALMING, AND DIRECT DISPOSITION
470.0395 Branch chapels.
470.0395 Branch chapels.--Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 470.024, any licensed establishment operating a branch chapel on June 30, 1979, in accordance with the law then in effect, as determined by the board, may continue to operate such branch chapel for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing and holding funeral services.
