470.038 Reciprocity.
470.038 Reciprocity.--In order to ensure that funeral directors, embalmers, and direct disposers who are licensed or registered in this state may be considered for licensure or registration in other jurisdictions, the board may enter into reciprocity agreements with other jurisdictions.
