413.061   Solicitation of funds; prohibition; exception.

413.061  Solicitation of funds; prohibition; exception.--The solicitation of funds or anything of value, by any means, including the sale of merchandise or any form of entertainment, for the use and benefit of blind persons is prohibited unless prior approval for such solicitation is obtained as prescribed in ss. 413.061-413.068.
