28.39   Fees by ordinance and special law abolished.

128.39  Fees by ordinance and special law abolished.--Service charges and fees imposed by the governing authority of counties by ordinance and special law pursuant to authority granted in ss. 28.242-34.041, prior to June 30, 2004, are repealed and abolished effective July 1, 2004.
