627.805 Departmental regulation of variable and indeterminate value contracts; rules.
627.805 Departmental regulation of variable and indeterminate value contracts; rules.--The department, notwithstanding any other provision of law, shall have the sole authority to regulate the issuance and sale of variable and indeterminate value contracts and has authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this part.
