625.081 Reserve for health insurance.
625.081 Reserve for health insurance.--For all health insurance policies, the insurer shall maintain an active life reserve which places a sound value on the insurer's liabilities under such policies; is not less than the reserve according to appropriate standards set forth in rules issued by the department; and, in no event, is less in the aggregate than the pro rata gross unearned premiums for such policies.
