560.116 Civil immunity.
560.116 Civil immunity.--Any person having reason to believe that a provision of the code is being violated, or has been violated, or is about to be violated, may file a complaint with the department setting forth the details of the alleged violation. An immunity from civil liability is hereby granted to any person who furnishes such information, unless the information provided is false and the person providing the information does so with reckless disregard for the truth.
