413.371   Independent living program; establishment and maintenance.

413.371  Independent living program; establishment and maintenance.--The division shall establish and maintain an independent living program that will provide any appropriate rehabilitation services or other services to enhance the ability of persons who have severe disabilities to live independently and function within their communities and, if appropriate, to secure and maintain employment. The division, at its sole discretion and within the constraints of its funding, may contract with centers for independent living to provide such services.
