403.873 Renewal of license.
403.873 Renewal of license.--
(1) The department shall renew a license upon receipt of the renewal application and fee and in accordance with the other provisions of ss. 403.865-403.876.
(2) The department shall adopt rules establishing a procedure for the biennial renewal of licenses.
