403.7881   Terms and conditions of certification.

403.7881  Terms and conditions of certification.--The board is authorized to incorporate such terms and conditions in the certification as it deems appropriate to comply with applicable standards of the department and other applicable requirements of this chapter, including, but not limited to, a timetable for securing necessary funding and commencing and completing construction.
