403.784   Applicability and certification.

403.784  Applicability and certification.--The provisions of chapter 120 shall apply to this act, except as alternative proceedings are expressly provided herein. The provisions of ss. 403.78-403.7893 apply to the siting of multipurpose hazardous waste facilities. Disputes relating to the designation of the site and the selection of the contractor by the department shall be resolved by the administrative law judge and the board as part of the certification proceedings.
