229.5701  Monitoring and reporting of implementation of methodology for identifying learning gains.--The Department of Education, in consultation with the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability, and other sources as appropriate, shall participate in the monitoring and reporting of the implementation of the methodology that will be used to identify student learning gains.
